Price does not include: additional services (i.e. transfers,...)

Reservation process and paying conditions

Send your request with specified informations (name, surname, date of arrival and departure, contact number or e mail) threw e-mail or fax.

We will contact you regarding availability within 1 day.

You can pay with bank transfer on our account, by credit card or by cash directly on the spot.

To assure your reservation, we require advance payment of 30% of total amount. 30% of advance payment is non refundable.

Check in/Check out

Check in time from 2 PM (earlier arrival - on request)

Check out time is latest by 11 AM.

Arrival

It is neccesary to announce exact time of arrival, at least 24 h before arrival.Our representative will greet you in agreed time in front of the apartement (or in central bus or train station). and deliver keys from apartement. The representative will show you apartement, explain how to use electonic devices inside apartement, where is grocery shop, train and bus station and where to dispose trash. He will also explain all other neccesary informations regarding your stay and collect the balance of rental amount. Balance of rental amount for entire lenght of stay in apartement should be payed upon arrival.

Departure

When departing, please leave the keys of apartement on place specified by our representative, and just close the doors behind you.

Cleaning

Apartement is cleand before every guests arrival. On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartement in reasonable condition. For longer stays we provide cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels once a week, or more often if arranged so.

General conditions

Apartement prices are qoted in euros and are subject to change in case of currency fluctuation or changes in tariffs.

In times of fairs and congress dates, rental price is subject to change, and will go on reguest

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation, you will be charged for 30 % of reservation amount, or minimum 1 night stay amount.
